What to Expect

Step 1: Complete the Request Form
Share a little information about your pet and your situation so we can best support you.

Step 2: A Compassionate Phone Call
One of our care coordinators will call you to:

  • Answer your questions
  • Help you decide how we can best help (which of our services might be most helpful for you and help support you)
  • Discuss timing, options, and next steps

Step 3: Thoughtful Scheduling
If and when the time is right, we’ll schedule an in-home visit that honors your pet and your family.

Not sure if it’s time yet? That’s okay. Many families reach out simply to talk and plan ahead.

Please note: If we receive your request after business hours we reach out to you the next business day.

While we do understand the unpredictable nature of disease and do our best to help accommodate those needs, the requests for same day appointments become scheduled quickly. We do request 1-2 days of prior notice to be more specific with our current availability.
