If and when the time is right, we’ll schedule an in-home visit that honors your pet and your family.

I understand if I do not disclose this prior to scheduling my appointment the doctor reserves the right to cancel the appointment. I will be charged $200 for travel and doctor time. I understand this is to help ensure the safety for the doctor and my family. As well as to help facilitate a peaceful passing for my pet. *
